February 2018 The main intersection leading into the town from the highway continues to be on the agenda for the Progress Committee.  The Liberal MP, Mr Fraser Ellis visited the town recently and met with 16 members of the community, including Progress Committee members.  YP Country Times reporter, Jenny Oldfield was also present to document the meeting for the paper.  Mr Ellis has written a letter to Minister for Transport, Hon Stephen Mulligan, MP and has responded to our President, Geoff Hampel to keep the community informed of his actions taken on our behalf.  Links to these letters are below and available for reference.  Please trust that the Progress Committee will continue to work on getting improvements for a safer intersection as long as necessary.
